ANIMALIST ARTIST
Who are these ANIMAL PEOPLE? What is our connection with THEM? How do we perceive them? How can we give them a story, a life? With all my work, I seek to answer this vast question that is our relationship with animals.
My project is a multidisciplinary artistic research on animals. I am looking for the right way to tell them.
My work is intended to be an iconography of the faces of these animals, a bestiary* that will be structured around a philosophical thought, with writings, testimonies, like an illustrated “bible”. I would also like to inventory the lives of animals, their journey.
My work will also be a tribute to these animals.
I invite, with short texts, to reflect together on the life and death of animals. How did we come to give birth to, grow up with and kill thousands of billions of sentient beings? Why do we have this relationship with life and biodiversity?
